Please include the complete model & serial number. All the numbers and letters. Please send us all the information you have. Many times we don't even get a model number when people are looking for parts. We need ALL THE NUMBERS IN ORDER TO LOOK UP YOUR PARTS!!! Just remember, nothing is standard. We don't guess when we look up your parts.  McCulloch owners: With new McCulloch units, we need the model name on the air filter cover (trimmers) or the starter (saws) to look up parts. Even though they have a model number on the tag, ( THAT'S AN EMISSIONS LABEL) it doesn't help us the ID your unit. Look on your owners manual for the model number. Some model numbers may start with a MS or MCC for saws & a MT for trimmers

Include a description of the parts needed.

Engine parts .We need the model numbers off of the engine. These can be found on the starter/blower housing. They could be stamped into the housing, near the head bolts, or on the side of the housing on a tag. On Briggs & Stratton overhead valve engines, look on the valve cover. On some Tecumseh walk power mowers, you have to take the plastic shroud off to find them.

Carburetor parts.  With most chainsaws & trimmers, we will need to know the type of carburetor. Please send that information with your request. We need all the letters &  numbers off of the carburetor.

I.E. Zama carburetors CIU-K10 -CIQ-H27 -CIS-H6A

I.E. Tillotson carburetors HU-54E -HS-162A  -HL-117A

Parts for a piece of equipment ( not the engine). ID tags could be anywhere on the machine. Walk Power Mowers: look between the handles on the deck. Riders: under the seat is a good place to look. Homelite owners, send your UT number.

If you have parts numbers from your owners manual, please send them. This helps us a lot with AYP, FHP, Sears, Murray and MTD products. Note we are not responsible for the wrong parts if you give us the wrong part number.

If we do not stock the part , we will check with our suppliers and give you an estimate on the time it will take to process your order. We can't stock everything!

Once you have E mailed us , we will get back to you with a price quote usually within 24 hours. Phone requests after 12 noon may not be returned until the next day. Email works better!!! No playing phone tag 

We will use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts and quality aftermarket parts. We try to use OEM parts 90% of the time. Sometimes we have to use aftermarket parts because that is all that is available. We use Prime Line, Sten's , and Silver Streak aftermarket parts. We have been in the parts business for over 28 years and we have a lot of sources!

The first 8 digits of your credit card  in the first email and the last 8 digits & expiration date in the second email. Make sure you include your street address, even if you want the order shipped to your post office box. We have a new credit card process that requires us the ask for the street address. This helps cut down on credit card fraud & reduces our credit card costs.  

Effective 1/04/2010 NEW USPS RATES :The Post Office has made this more complicated now! We will ship most small items, via 1st Class Mail, to save on shipping charges( $ 5.00 S&H minimum) .These small parts must fit in the small shipping envelopes. Small Flat Rate Priority Mail Box rate will be $ 7.95. If it fits ,it will ship in this box. All other shipping is based on your zip code. One pound Priority Mail Box shipping will be $8.55 maximum now. We will try to ship packages the most economical way as possible. We will ship more orders 1st class mail now. In most cases this will be $ 6.50 or less. All other orders will be accessed a $ 3.00 handling charge + the postage. All parts orders from $ 20.00 - $100.00 will have a delivery confirmation charge on it. Delivery confirmation charges are .70 for priority mail & .80 for 1st class & parcel post mail. Orders over $ 100.00 will have insurance added or on request. Hopefully this will make sure that the packages get to there destination, without disappearing in route .High value , heavy packages & large packages will be shipped UPS. We will ship your parts the most economical way. All APO, FPO, HAWAII, ALASKA & US POSSESSIONS  will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Most of the orders we ship out of here are under 2 pounds.

Some parts may be shipped to you directly from our suppliers. This reduces shipping costs to you and gets the parts to you quicker. This minimum drop ship charge is $ 14.95 in the lower 48 states.

All domestic orders will be assessed a $ 3.00 handling charge + the freight cost. The handling charge helps us to recover some of our cost on shipping materials.

All foreign orders, over 1 pound/16 ounces, will be assessed a $ 6.00 handling charge + the freight cost. This is due to additional customs forms needed & a trip to the post office. This does not effect APO, FPO or US possessions. Orders under 1 pound/16 ounces will be accessed a $3.00 handling charge + freight costs. 

There are no parts returns on any SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS  (parts that we do not stock). There is a 25% restocking charge on stocked parts. You must have a prior return authorization before sending any parts back. No returns on any electrical parts or parts that have been installed. Freight and handling charges will not be reimbursed.

There are no returns on any new engines or power equipment. All sales are final.
